Books That Aren’t Keepers

Cross-posted from Wordpress.I've been wondering for some time, what do you do with those books that you've read but you didn't love? I mean if you don't plan on re-reading them in the future then there's no point in keeping them, right? I've mentioned this before - we don't have libraries here in the Philippines. I usually (lucky me, right?) take the book out of a library before I buy it. I've almost never bought a book without having read it before.

Yes, lucky you! Although I've (mostly) gotten over my library jealousy. :P Does your library get new books right away? I wonder if you get frustrated when you want to read a book the day it is released?

Depends on the book, really. I got Mockingjay two days after it came out, but I'm still waiting for the Lady Julia Grey book and The Exiled Queen, both of which came out a month ago...

Dark Road to Darjeeling? I got sent a review copy of that but I haven't read the first three books and they're not available here. I might read them on ebook format.

Was The Demon King really good? I saw that it's now available in paperback. It's in my wishlist.
