I will very much not be annoyed with you as a neighbor. I'm so glad you bought that farm. It can get real lonely, you know? We can go fishin' every mornin'. Or somethin'. Whatever, it'll be nice.
And that's good about your kids. I'm glad you've got them. Homeschooling could definitely work--you sound like a good dad, which means you'd be a good teacher.
