And now for something a little cheerier. I made this character last year and decided it's time to spread some bird goodness around. He's Pauly, designed after an old friend named Paul Harrington who is a famous cocktail expert/author/consultant/bartender. He tought me the finer points about mixing drinks, the philosophy, respect, and appreciation

Cigars are fun while you are smoking them, but I'm not a big fan of the aftertaste ;) Back in High School, a german exchange student friend and I would go buy the biggest, cheapest cigars every Friday and hang around smoking them like chumps. It was a lot of fun. *sigh*

I still whip out my big church warden pipe and puff on some old but still tasty tobacco once in a while. I call it my "Hobbit pipe" (they were bought right after the third Lord of the Rings film came out). Where can I get some Old Toby? LOL Hey! I just Googled it and there's an actual Old Toby blend now! And looks like a whole series of Middle Earth tobacco. Who knew, eh?
