Today I learned first-hand that Route 9 is the most dangerous road in Vermont (and quite possibly the most dangerous road in New England). Trying (stupidly) to pass a truck, I slid on some black ice, spun around, and crashed (backwards) into the guardrail. Getting buried in snow and driving stupidly, not being online (moved to Brattleboro -- no internet in the apt) --

speaking of which, they put in an APPLE STORE on Main Street. Does this mean I can go online there WHENEVER I FEEL LIKE IT???

Silver's moved up here, too; he's working at the homeless shelter in town (luckily, it's within walking distance).

I know; I think I was in regret longer than I was in shock.

I'm kind of the opposite. All I've been talking about to anyone is my truck. (Although it's not exactly necessary -- half the world goes down Route 9, and one of the volunteer firefighters who showed up was my science teacher).
