Saturday night a friend of Brian's was having poker night at his house. He does this every once in a while. He buys a huge sub sandwich and a bunch of beer and invites everyone over for 'Poker in the Slot' night (catchy ain't it). He's got a few slot machines in the basement, but they're all in Japanese. Megan's field trip was to the CNN Center in Atlanta. We took a walking tour through the building. They showed us how the teleprompter and chromakey work. One little girl got to sit at a fake desk and read a story off the prompter and we saw it in a TV over to the side. I chaperoned my son's field trip to The Center for puppetry Arts today (http://www.puppet.org/). We saw Rainforest Adventures. It was very different.
