There was a big ol' feminist rant here about some stupid bitch who thinks that loveless sex is the downfall of society but it was boring.

Instead, I bring you idiot lawsuits of the day!

Nevermind. Ten seconds into my sleuthing I found your mini-post regarding me.

It's a given that LGay is full of fucktards with too much time on their hands, but what can be gained from figuratively doing the "point-and-laugh" at someone you don't even know? Is it helping you somehow deal with your own personal inadequacies? Is it a self-esteem boost of some sort? I just don't understand why people (like yourself) could get so wrapped up in things that have absolutely nothing to do with you. It's pointless.

Communities like "mock the stupid" and sites like ljdrama do nothing but prove to me that people have become so umbilically attached to their computers that they have to resort to seeking out LiveJournal drama to keep themselves entertained. That's pathetic. What's even worse is that people keep jumping on the bandwagon.

The truth of the matter is that not a single person I have dealt with via LiveJournal has ever been able to top me in a debate. Ever. Instead, it's a pack mentality amongst you drama-seekers. You each take a ( ... )

"I love it when you people say things like "It's none of your business, so shut up!!!"
See, the thing is, when you make a public journal, it's in public webspace, and in a forum as large and varied as livejournal is, you have to expect a certain amount of crap. Now some of us don't get crap, but that's cause some of us aren't idiots.
=)
You are so fucking precious, you know that?
Can I ask you something? What do you do with your hair after you pull it out? Do you eat it or do you just drop it? My mum pulls her eyebrows and eyelashes out and eats them."

i get shit all the time and i could really care less, but when it comes to ignorance directed towards me and a whole other group of people, i wont stand for it. i realize that by having a public journal its open for scrutiny, but you'd think people would have more common sense than to criticize something they dont understand.

im pretty sure if they someone did something like this about your mom, you wouldve reacted the same way as me.

You know what sweetheart, ignorance is something you are going to have to deal with your whole life, as you seem to be soaked in it.

You just don't get it. People are going to take whatever they can find for their own amusement and if you leave your personal problems out there for the whole world to read, geuss what? You are going to be mocked. Not out of ignorance, but out of experiance. Everyone has problems, you aren't special. Everyone has been there and done that and that is why they laugh their asses off at you. More out of your reaction than out of the initial review. Get that through your skull sweetheart. It's because you are getting all worked up and uppity about it that it continues. It has nothing to do with common sense. It's kind of ignorant for you to assume that they don't understand.

Actually, I despise my mother and everything about her. If someone took pot shots at her about her 'problems' I would feed them material.

Seriously, get over it.

You didn't answer my question, do you eat it or drop it?

i guess im not sure when it stopped being okay to stand up for yourself. im sorry but im not the type of person that sits back and just watches this shit happen. if im somehow involved, then i will say something, and they have to expect that.

Standing up for yourself is one thing, whining about something continually and looking like a shmuck doing it is another.

If you had left a comment and said something along the lines of: "Dude, that wasn't cool" and left it at that, we wouldn't be having this conversation. But no, you had to take it further, you had to keep responding.

When did it stop being ok to be above petty bullshit?

You still didn't answer my question.

Do you eat it or drop it?
