Pool Shooting

I always had the fear of a school shooting in the back of my mind...

and people would ask me if I am afraid to go abroad or cross the border in Mexico or live in Mexico. But no other place leaves me more fearful for my life than right here in the heart of the good old U.S. of A. where just looking at someone wrong could get you shot. Yea, I said ( Read more... )

that sucks. i am not a scaredy cat at all but when you get a bad feeling its time to pack it in and find somewhere else to swim (or live) i feel way too safe sometimes in our area :\

That's pretty scary, but I'm glad you guys chose to go to the other pool. Are there any plans to make the one this happened at any safer?

So far I feel like they are just punishing the tenants... a letter came saying that now the pool will only be open during office hours and that there may be new rules or changed rules coming down the line.

I've been scared of a school shooting ever since a woman was shot in a classroom I sat in three days a week. I think that was my, "This stuff actually happens moment".
