YOU are the best kid, not me. i went through a similiar "not-so mid life crisis" fairly recently. i think i have found that being here and away from "home" (in quotations because this places feels more like home than my actual home now) has helped clear my mind a lot. i worry a lot less about the things that constantly plagued me back in orange county. you'll be fine, i promise. i am always here if you need me.

For any job you need to be the one to call them back. It'll show that you are actually interested and not just dropping off applications everywhere. That and it'll remind them incase they forgot.
