Physical

PhysicalI did all the hygiene stuff, even shaved.  I am still out of anti-depressants but took the rest of my meds.  My asthma is bad. GratitudeI am grateful for this black and white polka dot bra from Victoria’s Secret.  It fits so nicely and wears well. Sigh.  Today was difficult for me.  I had some asthma issues and it was icy out and I skipped my Negotiation class ONCE AGAIN!
