awesome...i'm glad you went! after my frist couple of practices in kcmo...i was in soooo much pain...i could barely walk upstairs to my apartment.

we just had one of our wannabee workshop thingys here. about 20 girls showed up. i'll try to get the intro packet thing for you that my league passed out.
