I hear you can have up to 4 unpaid (parking?) tickets before they issue a warrant.

these are not the "bust down your door and catch you in bed mid-pump" warrants. These are the ones that don't let you register your car i think......But i must confer with my lawyer before i devulge any more information.

you're in the East Bay, land of fifty trillion meter maids and parking nazis. i had friends @ Cal who averaged 3-4 tickets a month (i only got 10 or so in my tenure there).

hello! this is the q-meister from mhs. good seeing you at liz's wedding over the weekend. creepy creepy. first i run into you in LA and now i'm posting comments in your LJ. i promise i'm not a stalker... no matter what the police say about me O_o. anywho. just write a letter to the ticketing authority and explain your situation about how you just moved there and didn't realise there were parking restrictions, and how sorry you are about the whole mess. if it works, good, if it doesn't you've delayed paying your ticket until your next paycheck! ta da!

my car was fixed ok. it was an early drive the next morning back to the catalina room to finish mending it. >_< then i drove it to pete's shop and we got it replaced yesterday. it's running just like new now, but i've got these paranoid delusions of the engine blowing up on me while i'm cruising down the highway. my poor poor car. -_-

the "70's" shirt is hanging in my closet now, waiting for the right time to jump out and attack me so it can force me to do some more crazy things on the dancefloor. it wasn't me, i tell you! IT WASN'T ME!
