you were a lovely tooth, number 14, and I'm sorry you died. mostly, I'm sorry because it meant I had to have a root canal this morning. I was so nervous, I got sick to my stomach (and other parts as well) the night before. the only cause of death my doctor could come up with was some sort of trauma to the tooth when I was a kid. number 14 hung in
