Okay, so fanficrants is cracking me up. This post in particular:

no, that's the guy with the silicone injections. did you see that thing? OMG!!!! it's bigger than i was when i was born! WHY would anyone want to put 2lbs of silicone in such a sensitive area? i hope when he dies he opts to have what's left of the fleshy parts preserved and donate to either the mutter museum or the national medical museum, cause really . . . that's seriously the same diameter/circumference as a bull elephant's
