I'm costuming the cast of a small movie project!

A few weeks back, since I'm going to Pennsic, I sewed an over dress and the modified the pattern to make an under-dress for it.

Yeah, that's what got my attention. I had some free fabric laying around, blue flannel for those chilly Pennsic nights, and decided that if I was going to f*ck up the dress that I would use the free stuff first. And it worked! It looks great. The sleeves need to be reworked as they are a bit tight. The under-dress is made out of linen and is sew closed in the back as the over dress is laced. Now I want to make another out of raw silk, which I can get at a discount fabric store for cheap. They don't have the color I want as of yet...

Will your part also require you to thump a few people? You've got some experience doing that, too... ;^)

No, I don't think so. Just a bunch of weeping and talking stuff. Should be fun though...but in a different non-violent way...
