Going to be trying some new sort of neuro-feedback technique soon. They say it can help with anxiety like mine. I really hope it helps. This shit is just getting worse every day.
i have anxiety issues too. it was hell for me in school until i started doing martial arts. the japanese concept of the way of the warrior is pretty cool. it's basically unbending commitment followed by action. when you take away procrastination and just follow thought with action, there's no time for anxiety. every time i start to feel anxiety, i either immediately act upon the thing i'm anxious about or, if the time isn't right, i make every effort to push it out of my mind until the time comes to act.
