A doctor I'm seeing told me that something I said was an excellent piece of imagery and he would stick it in his next book.  He told me though that he would change my name to keep my case history out of public record.  I suggested he call me Allejandro Patientoros.  He thought that might be a bit long and passed me back a curtailed Ellis island
