- Still waiting for a response from law school. The waiting list looks more and more likely. That or a rejection. I wouldn't mind getting to finish my major, but I've already wasted so much time. If I hadn't screwed up after high school, I could have been a lawyer by now

I love SW fics. And have joined the community. I've been thinking about writing a palpatine/padme fic for awhile now. Just got to finish writing three HP fics.

Oh, I feel your pain about waiting to hear back from law school after applying. Good luck. Did you only apply at one school or several?

I've never heard of a university being on strike for a month and 1/2. Yikes! That must be both rather nice, as well as a little stressful. At least, as you say, it gives you plenty of time to write, which is a plus.

I would be interested in your SW fic. I go through SW fic binges from time to time, so when you post it, I'll try to check it out. Maybe even ask to join the community.

Just one. There's only one in my region that has a good reputation and is willing to consider candidates with less than perfect academic records. My record has been near perfect for the last two years, but before that, I had some serious motivation problems.

I've never heard of a university being on strike for a month and 1/2.

Welcome to Québec. It's nice now, but it's not going to be nice not having a summer break.

The community isn't locked and neither is any of my fic, ever. :)

LOL. I haven't even been accepted to a law school yet and I'm already writing like a lawyer? Good sign, I guess.
