I'm falling apart

lately, I feel like i'm eighty.

until I can confirm otherwise, I'm attributing it to the fucking insane humidity here.

basically, I wake up and feel like swollen shit every day. my left knee has been swollen (not visibly) for 3 weeks. I can't even comfortably kneel on it. my right knee "popped" a week later, and now sporadically hurts.

and my back....

Isn't there some sort of giant, vibrating machinery somewhere on the base that you could lay on, that would sort of be like a massage?

I was under the impression all branches of our military had lots of giant vibrating machinery.
