I was the same in school. It wasn't a matter of whether I understood or not; I could actually do the work quite easily, when and if I set my mind to it. I just...didn't.

Mmhmm, exactly! And then before you know it, the school year's up and you're like, "Well, so much for applying myself this year!" as you try to pull yourself out of an academic rut.

I am also talking math for stupid people. All of the classes I have to take are for stupid people. Thats what I get for sleeping or writing in every single class last year.

i know the feeling. in middle school, my parents were having major problems(their divorced now) and were arguing all the time. i couldn't sleep because of it. i flaked on all my classes, except spanish, but thats only because i enjoyed swearing really loudly in spanish at my teacher, and having her not know what i was talking about. i barely scraped by with a 2.something and just had a rotten time. but now i'm in highschool, and i have more than just one REAL freind(emery, i know its sad, but he was my only friend), and i hang with people all the time n' stuff....
