The icing on the cake of this day from hell was when I found out an hour ago that my laptop, which was in the shop for 2 months and has been back for a week is broken again. In short - I am never, ever buying Toshiba again.
I am so sorry to hear about the data loss you suffered. That was incredibly, incredibly incompetent of them, and if I were you, I would sue them for the cost of all that you've lost. Good luck with your repairs this time around!
