So gloomy and wet in winter NorCal.

Heck, it rains 24/7 for the past week...

There was no traffic on the highway the other day, but everyone is driving at 40mph b/c of heavy rain.
To respond to a few who believe Californians dunno how to drive in the rain. NorCal ppl do know how to drive in the rain.
