It made me into more of a loner, and less dependat on having other people round. It also turned me into an utter bookworm, nor am I much of a fan of family holidays. Boarding school acted as balance to any dependancy on parents. The disadvantage is that I can still shut my self away on a number of levels, especilay at home, I also find just sitting

Sometimes being a loner is better, that way you don't have anyone like an older/younger sibling point out your flaws.

Unlike you I find it easy playing with my 3. The thing that grinds my gears backwards are when they start fighting, and when I go to intervene (not that their fights are that bad) my husband tells me to sit back and let them argue it out. He on the other hand is the eldest of 4.
