I went to Nashville from the 1st until 3am this morning for the Passion conference and it was by far the most incredible experience of the year. It was exactly what I needed right now in my life because the speakers focused on struggles and sufferings in life and why we must struggle and suffer sometimes in order to glorify God. She's gone.

They unplugged everything today. It was her wishes. No artificial support. The nurses were really nice. I still hate hospitals though. I cried. A lot. So did my dad. That was a first. She was out of it. I tried talking to her. All she would say was "hurry hurry hurry". She told the nurse she was getting married. My mom told me it was dementia. I ( Read more... )

My mom called me today while I was leaving Jenny's graduation party. I was already emotional because of graduation but then my mom dropped a bomb on me. My grandma was put into the hospital on Tuesday because she's bleeding internally. I'm done with finals. Who knows if I passed them, I'm not too confident that I did. I'm getting two grades this semester. Two. And an "Incomplete" in my senior capstone class.
