I'm looking at getting a bit fitter again too, or at least back into the shape I was before Abby. Not as organised as you though, my plan is pretty simple:
1. Start postnatal gymnastic - done, been twice already and am doing my exercises at home - go me :)
2. Start with my old sport group again (gymnastics, nordic walking, step aerobic, etc) - have been going for one hour once a week as we are practising a dance that we will be doing in March, fits just between Abby's evening feeding times. In a couple of months when she's properly on to solids I want to go the whole 2 hours.
3. My weight at the moment is 56kg which actually isn't too bad but these thighs definitely have to go!!
4. Get back into regularly bike riding with the kids and Papi, but it needs to be a bit warmer first :)
