Did you see that post I did on Facebook? That vegan blog is AMAZING. All the colors just give me LIFE, they really do. Maybe they can inspire you too! It's definitely that time of the year where you need to dig a little harder to feel normal. Ugh. I hate winter. :(
After looking through it a bit, I realized 98% of my breakfast meals are vegetarian just by happenstance. I don't know that that MEANS anything, but there you go.
Like today I had a half slice of multi-grain bread with a little blob of natural peanut butter, half a banana, a cup of steel cut oats with a little almond milk and a sprinkle of 'trail' mix on top (dates, cranberries, pepitos, soy nuts, sunflower seeds). (Half portions because I split everything with the husband. Otherwise I want ALL the banana and ALL the bread. Heh.)
