You know I love horror movies but because of the string of absentmindedly made ones coming out, I never really look too deep into them for meaning anymore. I just take them for what they are. But I can see the feminist theory to Dead Silence. I'm currently writing an article on gender use in horror movies. Some of the theories out there are fascinating.
