Izzy has either an ear infection, a brain infection, or a tumor, and she's in a lot of pain. The only way to know for certain would be to take her all the way to UCDavis to run hundreds or even thousands of dollars worth of tests on her, which would just give a diagnosis of something that's, as far as I know, untreatable
