I am an avid recycler; perhaps, some may say a fanatic recycler, obsessive about recycling.
But, other people need not go that far, just enough to throw trash in the proper receptacles and
not let it sit on streets and float down drains. Because today is Blog Action Day and because it just rained recently, and the harbor looks like an algae

Seeing trash on the ground is so infuriating. It seems like the laziest and most careless thing to do.

you know, we're required to recycle in my building. and i heard that you're fined if you don't. i think that's a pretty good policy. it should be instituted everywhere in my humble opinion.
