I never intend for these posts to be as far spaced out as they always end up being. Sleep has been a bit of a problem for the last month or so, it seems that my mind is depriving my body of not so much the amount of time I would spend sleeping but rather the hours I would prefer to be asleep. thank you for the suggestion, this sleep problem has become a real thorn in my side. I will give meditation a shot, it certainly can't hurt to try.
