the lj ui was getting steadily more and more unusable over the last 24 hours. now it's so bad that I can't even get to 'my lj'. there's this big text menu bouncing around, covering the left side of the page, making lots of stuff unclickable, and the lj logo is at the bottom, and loads of other little problems

thanks. it was so broken I couldn't reach that on my own. even from that page it took me a minute to change the darn thing.

for the record - by the time I got to my desktop comp again, it had gone back to normal there. so kubuntu does something funny that breaks it - most likely the adblocking.
