So here I am, back listening to the mixtape I made for Caijsa. I have a couple of names for it, well first off i didn't know how describe it so I left it as untitled playlist. I made myself a dub of it and I labeled it "therapy" w/ a sharpie, when I gave Caijsa her copy I didn't know what to call it so I left it blank. Maybe she'll write her own

Yes, You need to work on yourself, also learn to look forward and never to look back, as you say you do not know what is in the future, although the future of this relationship is not something that you can control, your own future however is something that you have a great deal of influence on, so make the best of that.

It is my personal experience that in order for a relationship to work, it is not what you take out of it, but what you put in to it, so keep moving forward, be better, stronger and happier, if you and Caijsa cross path in the future again, that is good, if you 2 go your own way and become further apart, it is life and you are not alone, millions of people before you have suffer thru it, millions of couple after you will go thru the same happy and sad faith.

So learn from the past, but not stay and remember the past, move forward and
be grateful of what each new day might bring!

I'm sorry hunnie... *HUGS* I can't even begin to imagine what you are going through, but take it a day at a time. Don't let yourself think about the future or even about next week, just worry about today, and get through today without her there all the time...

After a while it will get a little easier to where you feel like you CAN breathe without her... Then you can start focusing on YOU and who knows, maybe once you let go a little she'll swing back around your way... But if not, at that point, you'll be able to function.
