Dr. Phil was number one in this process, I read the book (the weight loss one) from front to back...it really got to me...I understood why I ate so much and why I was an emotional eater...there were a few factors that clicked for me, there were a few things that made me aware and only then was I able to recognize what my issues were and "own" them

I won't know whats happening till he gets back...he says he is just not in love with me anymore and I don't think any kind of changing on my part will matter, inside or outside. BUT...you ladies will be the first to know which way its going either way. I am also going ahead with my plans to go to school, and find a place to live as well...I have to be prepared.
