Wow, what a nice home, and gorgeous wood floors.

I'd give anything to take your lamp, hehe. :D

I'm happy for you with your new home!

Sankyuu! ^___^ I really want to find a shade for the lamp that fits it well. It's a shame I can't find a manufacturer under the base, because it'd be so neat to see what it looked like originally. I can't believe they just left it behind!

Your house is so pretty inside! Even without being finished. :D I can't wait to see what it looks like all finished and purdy. ^_^

I LOVE that lamp!!! O_O *wants to find one just like it*

*huggles* Thanks, Sparky-chan! I keep pushing forward with the house because I know I'm going to hit a rut soon, and then it's going to end up half finished for ages. Yay procrastinating me ^^;;.

Nice house Chanth. How much progress have you made with the house since taking those pictures?

Well, all the rolls of carpet are gone, as well as all of the tackstrips and staples from the carpeting. The two layers of wallpaper on the wall in my room are completely gone, except for the small strip above the window (the walls look SO much better without it, though the cracks in the plaster itself are rather major). The wallpaper in both the living and dining rooms is now off.

*thinks*

I now have a bed put together in my room instead of a mattress on the floor, and mom's furniture was delivered, so she has a bed and dresser. The living room now has our new entertainment center delivered (which we just repositioned last night...it feels so cozy now ^__^), plus all our furniture from the apartment is now in. I think that's it!
