[tutorials oo3] who's gonna call on sunday morning?

I know that techniques to make dark images brighter are nothing new, but this is the one that I came up with when I was fooling around on Photoshop this morning. It looks especially nice on images of real people, but with a bit of tweaking, looks equally as good on anime and manga images.
