I used to be fairly social on here, and just never caught on with the big wave of social media. If I post on fb, it's usually as a memory or when my wife and I are separated and I want to feel closer. It can feel invasive as I wasn't as selective when accepting friends there. I now feel like I have made a mistake, and should have been posting

I feel some of this too. I was bullied by Bernie Bros on Facebook every time I posted anything about Hillary (even really mild, "What a big step for women to have a female nominee for president" type stuff), and I allowed it to turn me off of political discourse outside of my trusted in-group. I'm still trying to figure out the way forward.
