Funeral pyre? ;_; NEVER! All I could think the entire time I was reading this was "I want that jacket...and that gun" so if you're really tired of it I suggest ebay (and post the link!). Because some of us are not ashamed of the framed picture of Lt. O'Neill right by their bed! ( http://pics.livejournal.com/reannaremick/pic/0033awwk - not the classiest picture ever but we are sitting on my bed and there he is behind) Even when people walk in and say "the show with the talking dolphin?"

Sorry...I would have read this entire entry, but was entranced by your office - especially the Iron Giant poster and your FANTASTIC book shelf.

You put either of those on eBay, I'm all over it like white on rice.

The jacket? It looks good on you. I'd keep it - until the inevitable day when you meet some diehard SeaQuest fan, who DOESN'T mention the dolphin, and you feel compelled to reward them for such ;)
