Your definition of teasing is likely different from mine. You'll have to be more specific about what I'm not to do. In return, I'll make a good-faith effort to draw reasonable inferences and avoid behavior that will bother you.

Amazing how versatile I claim to be! There are women who show up here for the explicit purpose of being teased. Oh well...

It's hard to pin it down to specific behaviors. I'd say that generally I consider teasing anytime when somebody says something they don't mean in order to get a reaction out of me that they'd find amusing.

It can take me a lot of mental resources to figure out I'm being teased sometimes. It's like a program I constantly have to run in the background, and I'd rather not have to run it.

Okay, I'll take care not to do that. If I get too dull, feel free to invite me to disinhibit a bit.

Wow. Sorry to chaos_by_design if I'm being inappropriate here.

But, old_cutter_john, if you had said this to me I would respond with "Well, never speak to me at all then.".

"Don't tease me" is a non-complicated straightforward request. It's right up there in simplicity with "don't abuse me" and "don't have sex with me". Furthermore, It doesn't matter what other women want or why others come - that is completely irrelevant, why bring that up?

Asking someone to list specifically what constitutes teasing and what does not is wildly inappropriate. It screams of someone trying to rules-lawyer their way into being able to do whatever they want over someone else's wishes.

To tease: make fun of, poke fun at, laugh at, taunt, bait, goad, pick on, deride, mock, ridicule, rib, josh, pull/yank someone's chain, razz.

Do not do or say negative things, even if you think they are done as a joke or "in fun".
