I really loved this. Crazy drugged Cas is delicious, and your crazy drugged Cas is even deliciouser.
Edited to add: Whoa, matching icons! That was unintentional, but I like it!

The bit with the knife was an afterthought, and I almost erased it! But I'm glad I didn't, and I'm glad you liked it. Crazy drugged Cas is strangely compelling. I guess it's the idea of something so "pure" becoming so ultimately corrupted that fascinates me.
It would also explain why I geek out over horribly destructive stuff like kudzu invasions, since, in its own way, IT IS SO FREAKING COOL TO SEE THAT PLANT TAKE OVER. *flails about* Horrible, too, yes, but...eh. Also cool. :p

Stoner!Cas is my favourite flavour of Cas omg.
When he walks forward, he almost careens into a wall. This time, Dean does grab him, but not quick enough to prevent Castiel from knocking over a vase of incense sticks. They clatter and roll across the floor, dry sounds scraping the hardwood.
Castiel neck lolls to look at the rolling vase, and the once-angel giggles. “Whoops.” Bloodshot eyes redirect themselves at Dean with a sheepish look. “Forget it. It’ll be there later.” He tumbles out of the room, releasing Dean’s hand from his shoulder when the distance between them becomes too great for Dean to keep hold of him.
This is my favourite part. <33

He really is a heartbreaking character in that episode. We all know he has all this grandness in him ordinarily, that otherworldly spark that keeps him going, but in "The End", that's all taken away and Castiel has to deal with the fallout, while also dealing with the entire human world falling apart around him.
It probably wouldn't be as bad for him if the world were easier to cope with. But it's not. And it's fascinating to watch what that bleakness did to him.
And I am not sure what happened with the line breaks! Don't worry, your message comes across well anyway. :)
Thank you for reviewing. ^_^
