Yeah I know, I haven't really posted much this summer.  I've been a bit busy actually enjoying it and doing stuff.  And now there is too much stuff to put in a single post, because I am lazy.  Most of it has been pretty awesome though

I am inclined to agree. Winnipeg is definitely lacking a Ren Faire.

We should totally have one ourselves. Roast huge pieces of things on giant skewers over a bonfire whilst wearing bathrobes and tights. Awesome.

The tights are essential. Nothing remotely Renaissance can be accomplished without a decent pair of hose (remind me why Renaissance fairs sometimes seem more interested in the Mediaeval period?).
