It's sad when someone starts something really wonderful but it doesn't manage to get passed on to the next generation, so to say, when they are forced to step down. I think it's a result of our disposable society, where communities are no longer supportive, and we don't have the villages it takes to raise children. A tradition passed from one person to another becomes a rarer and rarer thing, and precious.
