The reason Beserk is the best manga evar is because it literally appeals to everyone. It's got a good plot, gratituous violence, bishounen heroes and demon tentacle rape. What's not to like?

Azumanga Daioh made me feel like I was the only one not finding it funny. Upon subsequent watchings, I tried so hard to find it funny. I *tried*, guys. I really did.

...it seems like I've got my free time cut out for me - I like the look of Despair, and the f-list percentage that's nutty over Higurashi has just reached the WATCH-IT-ALREADY point. ^_~ Thanks for the recs, Chaos!

...and sorry about missing you in HK - did you make it to the game show?

(also, Naruto in the fight, hands down. One Sexy no Jutsu and the shinigami's done. Poor Ichigo and his boob-phobia. And clearly, Byakuya/Kenpachi - sparkling, killing shit, and breaking brains - mine, at least - since October.)
