I'm just in a pissed off, wanting to rip someone's head off their shoulders and vomit down their throat type of day and I've no idea why.

I just wish I could figure out a way to get it out of my system without harming someone (or breaking something).

Hey! I always kept a designated stuffed animal handy to abuse. Try that? It might work? (Although mine often had to be surgically repaired, it's much easier to sew than to suture).
