No not literally. Just something to take my mind off of school and life. It's been shitty, as of late: my uncle (who I was rather close to) committed suicide the other day, my best friend's moving away, my other best friend tried to kill himself a few days back, and my great grandfather (who's like, awesome) is about to kick the bucket. I'm sorry that life is being a dick D: Sucks. *HUGS*

ANYWAYS, HAPPY THINGS!

Books! I recently read "Hunger Games" by Suzanne Collins (and the sequel, "Catching Fire") and they're both great and I rec them whole-heartedly. Also "Thirteen Reasons Why" by Jay Asher is amazing. Possibly my favorite book ever. And "A Certain Slant Of Light" by Laura Whitcomb.

D: oh bb *HUG* that is a nice list of shitty happenings. No one would blame you for emo-ness. hey, you ever need to talk, I'm right here :3

As for fandoms, I have no idea. Though if you like the Beatles, you might like the Who fandom....it's a little less crazy D:

Nooooo, I'm sorry about all the drama.

You should watch Sports Night. Or The West Wing.

"You should watch Sports Night. Or The West Wing" Great advice. Or, throw yourself into a series you've either been meaning to watch but haven't, or one you haven't watched for ages. Old friends are as good as new ones for this. Firefly. All the Angels/Buffys. Sopranos. The Wire. Anything that'll involve you emotionally as well as entertain you occasionally. I don't know about new stuff as I am old and boring!

Also, look after yourself. Eat right and up your B vitamins. Take a big dose of fishy Omega 3 every day. Spend as much time outdoors walking as possible. All of the above are proven to help combat stressors. Dig out old music that has positive memories for you and have it on your mp3 player or computer to play when you need a quick lift.

I'm so sorry that things are tough. Lots love xx
