I don't know what prompted this, but Dave wants to go to next year's Baltimore Comic Con as Captain Cold. This would be awesome as he looks and acts like Lenny when he's being a pain, but he's also a cold-weather baby. And Comic Con is in the middle of summer. And Dave wears a t-shirt in snow. I don't see why Cold and Piper wouldn't hang out together -- and people loved seeing Top and Heat Wave together even though they don't really have much in common. You should do it!

Some people apparently rig up fans inside large bulky costumes to keep cool, but I don't know how that would be done.

I've been thinking about maybe cosplaying as Lisa, but I'll talk about that on my LJ when I finally get around to it...

Is that the Baltimore con in early September? That's always one week after our big con in Toronto, and two cons in two weekends would definitely be too much :\ But I would love to get in a big Rogues cosplay group and join you guys.

well, one could always use more Rogues, regardless of time or place

if heat is such an issue, he could go for the casual len cosplay - hockey jersey, jeans, cold gun, visor and hooker (optional)

why wouldn't len and piper hang out? they're among the few "adults", behave more or less mature and have a non-nonsense attitude. How they enforce that attitude may differ though.

Omg....hockey Len? Is this a new thing? And I think I would be the hooker on his arm, which would raise all sorts of questions about Piper and Len's "relationship" *lol* I'm liking that idea, but I doubt he'd go for it. Maybe we can find a winter con that's close by? He's kinda attached to the parka idea :)
