[It didn't take chaos long from waking up to realize something seemed off somehow.  It wasn't that he was back in Mayfield, he wasn't quite sure if he'd actually left, but he knew the dates were way off from what they had been the last time he recalled, and he had tended to keep track pretty steadily.  The images in the house also seemed different

Hm... I know, in the past, Jane Smith has shown discomfort in her voice about Lucy... Lucy herself seems to play a large factor in things. But I shouldn't speak too much across the phone, since they can listen in.

[There's then a small sigh from chaos' end]

No. I don't recall anything from being a drone, and all those I know who have had it happen never recall anything either. It is almost as if the entire consciousness is shut off for that period of time, or removed.

I've been told that about Lucy in the past.

...I see. I didn't realize that if someone was droned, they recalled nothing of what happened while they were here.

[She waits a moment, hesitating.]

There seem to be strange events happening fairly often around here. It's difficult to keep track. I can't even imagine being here for months and not having any recollection of what had happened because of being droned.

I don't know how this will sound, but I think it may be better that people don't have memories of those times when they are droned.
