So..latest accusation by the maternal unit is of taking checks from her checkbook. I just sighed and told her to check the numbers in the next bunch of checks. Presumably it will start where the last one ended. I also showed her that there were no torn-off stubs where checks could have been ripped out, merely the smooth end of the check packet ( Read more... ) -

Not sure if anyone out there is still reading this, but we're having a minor emergency...well, a major one, but not life-threatening. We're getting evicted and at the moment, the only possibility is having to move back to Toledo and in with my mother.
