Scene 5
scene five: the void continues...
~Devyd walks into his office, clipboard in hand, a serious look on his face~
Lucrezia Cravitz, I presume?
She looked up and had a smile on her face that could seduce angels. She slid off the desk and walked towards him. "Ahh, Devyd. It's been too long." Her aura was so purple that you could barely tell it was also that of an Aeternarus.
~he looks over at her, one eyebrow raised at her as he felt the roaring winds, subtly flavored with scents of lavender and jasmine~ "Why miss Adalade Corsica, there's something different about you today. did you get your hair done?"
The lady chuckled and clasped Devyd on the shoulder, activating his link to lust with a mere touch as well as a thought.
~his eye twitched and he slapped his right hand around his left wrist~ "shit! what'd you do that for, woman? I had things perfectly fine under control before you did that...?
nevermind, I guess I didn't. ~sighs~ what can I do for you, lust?
Lust threw her head back and chuckled deeply. "About time you happened on the right name, my dear boy
~he shrugged and sat down in a chair in front of his desk, heavily padded and soft~ well, I was afraid I was talking to Adalade in one of her moods, if she didn't know, I wasn't about to tell her
so what can I do for you today?
Lust chuckled again. "You never were good at telling who was in control were you? No matter. She's still asleep. In fact, she really doesn't know I've gotten her a new outfit or that she's out and about. She won't be happy with me, but she'll just have to deal."
~grins~ I bet she will
She stepped closer to him. "I need you. I require assistance with a project outside of this dreamscape."
~he sighed and nodded~ if you insist. I still owe sloth some time though. I've been teaching ken how to fight on his behalf. you know how we get about battles. but if you need me I can be ready within a couple of hours. Sloth will just have to go pull me out of the storage banks and ready me for action
"I've already consulted with him on the issue." She waved her hand dismissively. "It's being taken care of." Lust moved in closer and smiled. "Now there's just one last thing to attend to...." She grabbed his tie and jerked him forward. Papers started falling to the ground and time passed.
