I feel like I was talking to a ghost when I got that call last night. Six months without a whisper and then, out of the blue, I get a midnight phone call from him as if everything is fine. He said "I'll call you tomorrow" back then. Six months is a long time to wait. Mind you I stopped actually waiting about 5 1/2 months ago. What does he expect? ( Read more... )

Damn right. I'll close things out with him soon enough. I honestly just want to see if he really has the balls to look me in the eye and spout his lies. He thinks he can illicit sympathy from me. Problem is that I'm smarter than he is and I can be twice as manipulative as he can when sufficiently motivated.
