Montel made me cry this morning. Montel as in Montel Williams' the talk-show. It just happened to be on when I turned on the TV. Now, I don't cry at things and I hate sappy movies. But today, I happy-cried at stupid Montel. The reason? It's suffice to say that today I was given back something that I thought was lost to me forever: hope.

I spent the majority of today moping around the house trying in vain to come up with a way to go to NYC for a show at the end of the month. The venue is 21+ and the only way I can get my 20 year-old self in is if a parent comes and babysits me. They check ID's on anyone who looks under 30. I just, um, accidentally overdrew my bank account. Damn. I better get paid soon or else this won't be pretty. It's only by about $30 though. Maybe I still have that overdraft forgiveness card they gave me with the account. Hmmm, that would be preferable to say the least.
