Why is whipped cream so delicious?

The whipped cream that Jack-in-the-Box put on top of my strawberry shake was soooo good. I love whipped cream.

Here is a picture of whipped cream under a scanning microscope. Maybe further examination could uncover the source of the exceptional deliciousness.
